A Servant?

Jesus was described  in many different ways: a gifted teacher, a powerful prophet, a miracle worker, an epic revolutionist, even an illegitimate son. It's interesting how others can see or define you one way, and yet you may have a completely different perspective of yourself. The Bible clearly captures the impact Jesus made everywhere He went, and even today millions of people have been impacted by the life of Jesus; Savior and King! But how did Jesus define Himself?

A Reflection

Have you ever noticed how all the different ways Jesus is portrayed in movies, paintings and drawings look very similar? The long dirty blond hair, blue eyes, facial hair, tall and lean... even the way they seem to make him look contemplative, mysterious and walk with such grace.

The Church I See

Sunday is my most favorite day of the week. My wife and I love pastoring or Church: seeing people connect with a real God, transformed by His love, restoring marriages and changing hearts. When we gather together to worship Jesus Christ, it's like the windows of heaven open up... I sense great peace, comfort and true joy that goes beyond happiness.
